By advertising on “geekglyph.com” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, "GeekGlyph", “geekglyph.com”, “Company”), the Advertiser (hereinafter “you”, “Customer”, “Advertiser”) agrees to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with the following terms then please do not proceed with your request for advertisement,
We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “geekglyph.com” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

Please make your advertisement campaign compatible with the spirit of this site. Your destination URL must link to a valid site and you should
avoid automatic redirect. You agree that your advertisement as well as your destination URL can not contain any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening,
sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “geekglyph.com” is hosted
or International Law. Any site found to be infringing the copyright or intellectual property of another person will not be deemed appropriate for advertising.

We reserve the right to remove without warning, any linked site that infringes this criteria. Any Advertiser found in serious abuse of the Terms and Conditions will have
their account suspended with immediate effect.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any point in the future.

RULES. You understand that the Advertisements posted on “geekglyph.com” are based on time sharing of a limited number of impressions per level, posted on our website. The levels are defined by the market you choose, which may be States, Countries and World. Your advertisement will only be exposed to the level you choose at the moment you place your order. These levels are determined by the client IP Address location. Therefore, you understand that your exposure is variable depending on level and number of shared impressions. The minimum number of shared impressions is two, one of it being permanently owned by GeekGlyph.com at World Level. We only sell one impression per order.

ADVERTISING. The Advertiser shall purchase the online advertising package at the rate listed and for the duration specified in the order, which is
included in the standard email sent to us.

POSITIONING. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the contract, positioning of advertisements on “GeekGlyph.com” is at the our sole discretion.
You acknowledge that GeekGlyph.com has not made any guarantees with respect to usage statistics or levels of impressions for any advertising except
where expressly stated in the attached insertion order. We may provide estimated usage only as a courtesy to the Advertiser and shall not be held
liable for any claims relating to said usage statistics. Any information collected by ”GeekGlyph.com”, or its site vendors, relating to users or Advertiser’s site,
shall be property of GeekGlyph.com, and Advertiser shall not obtain any rights in such information by virtue of this agreement.

ACCEPTANCE. We may, at our sole discretion, reject any advertisements.

PAYMENT. Campaigns are approved based on a standard request by email coming from our site. You will receive your confirmation number by email if you are approved.
You have 48 hours to request your activation by making your online payment. Campaigns are automatically activated once we receive and process your payment within 14 business days. There are neither cancellations nor refunds once a campaign begins. A campaign may be postponed based on availability, but we give no guarantee of continuity beyond the requested period.

INDEMNIFICATION. The Advertiser agrees to defend, hold harmless and will indemnify the Company from all damages, costs, and expenses, of any nature
whatsoever, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, for which the Company may become liable by reason of its publication of the Advertiser’s online
advertisement.

COPYRIGHT. All advertising, which represents the creative effort of the Company and/or the utilization of creativity, illustrations, labor, composition, or material
furnished by it, is and remains the property of the Company, including all rights of copyright therein. Advertiser understands and agrees that it cannot authorize
reproductions, in whole or in part, of any such advertising.

TAXES. Prices do not include tax. In the event that any federal, state, or local taxes are imposed on the creation of the online advertising or on the sale of online
advertising, such taxes shall be assumed and paid by Advertiser.

REJECTION. Company reserves the right to not run any advertisement that is received and that is not in accordance with company’s policies. In addition, Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, order or reservation at any time and to reject any URL link embodied within any advertisement.

LIABILITY. Advertiser assumes all liability for content of advertising, and agrees to hold harmless, and will indemnify Company from all claims,
losses, judgments, and damages arising there from

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Company’s liability is limited in all cases to the return of the charges made for the applicable advertising.
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A CONDITION FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY ADVERTISING BY THE COMPANY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GEEKGLYPH LLC BE LIABLE TO ADVERTISER OR TO ANY THIRDY PART FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR UNREALIZED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PUBLICATION OF OR
FAILURE TO PUBLISH ANY ADVERTISEMENT, WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. ADVERTISER FURTHER AGREES THAT
THE COMPANY’S PROVIDER OF AD MANAGEMENT SERVICES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, COSTS, OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM
ADVERTISER’S USE OF AD BANNER MANAGEMENT SERVICES ON GEEKGLYPH.COM AND THAT NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR THE AD BANNER
MANAGEMENT SERVICES WILL BE LIABLE TO ADVERTISER FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

FORCE MAJEURE. Neither party will be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond the party's reasonable control.

ASSIGNMENT. This Agreement may not be assigned or transferred by the Advertiser.

AUTHORIZATION. You certify that you are the owner or authorized representative of the Advertiser, and you grant on behalf of the Advertiser his express
permission and consent to receive advertising offers and other information via email transmission from the “GeekGlyph.com” or any other business operated by the Company.The Advertiser agreed that such information may be transmitted using the email address(es) included in the order.

The Advertiser has read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions above by the placing an order.

This agreement is fully executed upon approval and activation of your order.
